Reception desk manned by 2 receptionists with the support of a triage nurse and switchboard operator located in the room behind reception.

Six consulting rooms where pets and small animals are examined and receive non-surgical treatment from the vet of your choice, please request this when you make the appointment.

Pharmacy stocking a full range of prescription medication and medical aids, including complementary medicines.

The Ward with various sized cages to suit different animals and their needs.

Individual medical notes and medication records for each patient kept at the front of each cage. We also have an isolation room well away from the ward where animals with infectious conditions are nursed.

The Operating Suite comprises two fully equipped operating theatres and preparation area, with an adjacent laboratory enabling us to carry out analysis of blood and tissue samples, both pre and post op.
